Cindy Vedder, DVM
Dr. Vedder graduated from Northeast Missouri State University (now Truman State University) with a B.S. in Agricultural Science in 1996 and later went on to the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine where she graduated in May 2001. Since that time, she has worked as a full-time veterinarian at Midwest Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Vedder grew up in St. Louis but has family ties going back several generations in Callaway County. Dr. Vedder now lives with her family in Fulton and has several dogs and cats of her own.
Tracy Royer, DVM
Dr. Royer received a B.S. degree from the University of Missouri College of Agriculture in 1983 and graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine in 1987. She worked at clinics in Arkansas, Georgia, and Tennessee as her husband’s job led the family to various locations. She and her husband and their two daughters moved to Fulton in 2002. After doing relief work at Midwest Veterinary Clinic for several years, Dr. Royer started regular hours in 2011; she currently sees clients all day on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Her family pets include 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a cockatiel.
Angela Humphreys, DVM
Dr. Humphreys graduated from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. She had previously received her B.S. degree in Biology from Southeast Missouri State University. Prior to her acceptance at MU, she worked at veterinary clinics in Jackson and Booneville, Missouri. She, her husband, and 5 children take care of 4 dogs, 1 cat, a pet duck, a herd of cattle, several feeder pigs, and a small flock of chickens.
Brittnee
Brittnee joined the Midwest team in 2020. She always had a passion for working with animals. She and her husband live in Fulton with their 2 dogs, parrot, and a couple of cats.
Catrina
Catrina has been with us since August 2015. She grew up in the area on a farm with conventional and unconventional animals/pets. She studied Biology and Psychology at William Woods University. She loves all animals — furry, scaly, and feathery. She now lives in Fulton with her little family and a Hairless Sphynx cat.
Mary
Mary has been the friendly face that you see when you enter the clinic since starting at Midwest Veterinary Clinic in August of 2000. She works as the main front desk receptionist at the clinic and shows her love of all animals, furry, scaly and even slimy, to every patient each day. Mary has hand-raised many litters of abandoned puppies and kittens, as well as the occasional rabbit.
Mary S. or “Little Mary”
Mary started at Midwest Veterinary Clinic in April 2004. She first worked as a kennel assistant while she was in high school. After graduation, Mary began a new position as a veterinary assistant and continues to develop her skill set at the clinic. She loves working with all the patients at the Midwest Veterinary Clinic and enjoys animals at home as well. She is the proud owner of several small dogs and cats.
Jennifer
Jennifer started with Midwest Veterinary Clinic as a veterinary assistant in May 2013. She grew up in Fulton and graduated from South Callaway High School in 1996. She, her husband, and 3 sons enjoy country living with their 3 dogs.
Sasha
Sasha started working at Midwest Vet Clinic in 2007. She lives in Wellsville, MO with her husband. She has 5 children and 15 grandchildren. Her hands are full at home with horses, cats, dogs, chickens, and goats. She has been working with animals for 35 years. Aside from her family animals hold a special place in her heart.
Morgan
Morgan joined Midwest Veterinary Clinic in June 2021 as an RVT. She was born in Fulton, MO, and become a licensed technician in 2018. She started working in veterinary medicine because she loves animals. Morgan loves that she gets to be a voice for the voiceless and gets to make a difference every day. She has always known that this is what she was going to do and never really gave it a second thought. Her favorite part about working with animals is anything involving teeth. She loves doing routine dental cleanings, dental radiographs, and educating people on their pet’s dental hygiene.
When Morgan is away from work, she enjoys hanging out with her own pets, family, and friends.
